Airgas is seeking a CDL A Driver in Kalama, WA to transport industrial gases to customers and storage sites. You will perform detailed pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring safety, compliance with DOT, and timely deliveries on long hauls.

You must have 3+ years of tractor-trailer experience, HazMat and Tanker endorsements, and be at least 21 years old. OTR travel of 7–10 days may be required, with potential for an annual earnings of $95,000+ and a quarterly incentive bonus.

Compensation and Incentives

• Quarterly Incentive Bonus
• $2000 Driver Referral Bonus (unlimited)
• Ability to earn $95,000+ annually

Job Description Summary

Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle (Tractor-trailer) combination, usually long distances, to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or to storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner. Perform pre & post trip inspections to identify any maintenance action that may be required and act appropriately if action is needed. Report all accidents, possible injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints to include service interruptions immediately to their supervisor. Complete and submit reports as required by the DOT and/or Airgas company policy.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 3+ year experience as driver of tractor - trailer vehicles
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
• One (1) year or more of Haz-Mat (Hazardous Materials) experience, required.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years technical college or military technical experience
• 1+ year Tanker experience
• Product knowledge of cryogenic, compressed and specialty gases
