CDL-A drivers can earn up to $93,200+ annually with base pay ranging from $0.55–$0.62 CPM based on experience, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Earn more by staying out longer or taking weekend freight, with additional perks like orientation pay and transition pay.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required.
• OTR driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop & hook loads and no forced dispatch.
• Maintain weekly home time with a 5.5-days-on schedule and flexible scheduling.
• Operate late-model Freightliner Cascadias with power inverters and refrigerators.
