Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a CDL A Driver to join our nationwide fleet. You will deliver equipment to customer sites, perform pre-trip inspections, and uphold rigorous safety standards while maintaining professional customer contact.

This role requires a Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement and a clean driving record, plus at least 2 years of DOT-regulated driving experience. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of DOT-regulated commercial driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive/transport equipment to customer locations on time and in a safe, courteous manner.
• Repair portable restroom units onsite as needed.
• Provide onsite moves of equipment and pick-up/delivery as requested.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain truck logs.
• Fuel vehicles and other equipment as necessary.
• Frequent customer interaction and recommendations for additional services.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and facilities.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
