Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver and recover equipment and supplies to customer sites. You will operate flatbed or lowboy trailers, navigating urban to rural routes while upholding safety standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Education or experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; valid CDL with clean driving record. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Qualifications

• Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment; experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers; ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from customer worksites.
• Drive a Class A CDL truck hauling equipment on flatbed or lowboy trailers in various settings; safely navigate construction zones.
• Maintain safety and compliance with all transport regulations and company policies.
• Assist with basic equipment and vehicle maintenance as needed.
