American Driver LLC is seeking CDL A drivers for dedicated round trips across New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut. You will drive day and night shifts with city routes and weekends on this account.

Training is available if you are new to the CDL field, and orientation includes hotel coverage and a reimbursed bus ticket. New drivers can start here; orientation pays $300 after hire, followed by 4–6 weeks with a mentor and then your own truck.

Qualifikationen

• Class A CDL is required.
• 120 hour CDL school certificate, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no DUI/DWI in 10 years.
• Pass DOT physical and drug screening (hair and urine).

What you earn

• $1,700 to $2,000 average weekly gross
• $0.85 to $0.90 per mile
• $75 extra for each delivery inside the five boroughs
• $850 a week while you train
• Home weekly, through the house as often as possible

How you get started

A recruiter calls you and reviews your license and record first. Orientation takes no more than 2 days and pays $300 once you are hired. Then 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor, and after that your own assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average.
