Job summary

TransForce is seeking Class A CDL drivers for regional and over-the-road entertainment freight. You’ll earn pay for all on-duty time, including loading, unloading, and wait times, with a guaranteed 160 hours per month for stability.

Flexible regional and OTR routes let you maximize home time while running high-value freight. Benefits include bi-annual safety bonuses, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with direct deposit every Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Must be willing and ready to run OTR.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary for cargo securement/loading prep.
• Clean driving record with a commitment to highway safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Haul high-value, consistent, year-round freight for the entertainment industry.
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain fleet safety.
• Maintain full ownership of the condition, safety, and operational readiness of your assigned tractor and trailers.
• Utilize proper freight securement methods (including straps and load bars) to protect high-value cargo.
• Provide professional communication with dispatch, shippers, and customers.
