Job summary
Dollar Tree in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a CDL-A Regional Driver to haul dry freight on dedicated regional routes across Arizona, Utah and parts of Southern California. Expect weekly home time with a 34-hour reset and about three loads per week on 53‑foot trailers with automatic sleepers.
Average weekly pay is $1,650 with top weekly pay of $1,800; annualized $85,800–$93,600. Mileage pay plus $220 per load. Home weekly; unload with roto cart and liftgate; you’ll operate regional routes from Phoenix.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience — confirm before posting
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Able to unload freight using a roto cart and liftgate
- Able to safely complete regional routes
