Job summary

Victory Brewing Company is seeking a CDL-A Driver, Distribution Associate in Parkesburg, PA to support delivery operations and warehouse activities. You will drive a delivery vehicle, secure cargo, perform inspections, and assist with loading and unloading to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

The role requires a Class A CDL with a medical card, physical strength for occasional heavy lifting, and availability for early morning shifts with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver 170 pounds repeatedly.
• Early morning and day shift availability; flexible schedule incl. overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive delivery vehicle to conduct deliveries of products to internal/external customers.
• Ensure contents are secured inside truck to prevent breakage or damage.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips; maintain logs and paperwork (BOLs).
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move and load materials as needed.
• Unload inbound shipments and contribute to warehouse organization and cleanliness.

This includes order fulfillment and transportation of Artisanal Brewing Ventures products and materials.WHAT YOU'LL DOFully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle to efficiently conduct deliveries of finished products and/or raw materials to internal/external customersEnsure contents are properly secured inside of truck to prevent breakage or damagePerform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each tripMaintain detailed driving logs and accurate paperwork (BOL’s, Manifests)Safely operate forklift trucks and other equipment to move, load, or stack packaged beer and raw materialsSupport the Fulfillment Team by picking order and loading trucks as neededUnload and check in inbound shipments as neededContribute to warehouse/equipment organization and cleanlinessWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORRetain a valid Class A CDL driver’s licenseRetain a medical cardPhysically capable of lifting 60 pounds and moving at least 165 poundsAvailability for early morning and day shift hoursAbility to safely operate electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.Proficient using ELD logging devices, GPS, and any other necessary electronic devicesAbility to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends when necessaryPhysical RequirementsFrequently stand for the duration of the shift, walk, bend over, twist, kneel, climb, stoop and crouch.
