Family Dollar is seeking a CDL-A Regional Driver to cover a dedicated regional dry van freight network starting in St. George, UT. This role offers home weekly with a 34-hour reset and operates tandem-axle sleeper trucks across a broad western territory.

The schedule can include early starts, 14-hour shifts, and varying days off based on freight demand. Las Vegas-area drivers spend two weeks out followed by three days at home.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Ability to unload freight using rollers
• Ability to climb in and out of trailers as required

Pay Details & Schedule

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,950
• Average Annualized Pay: $101,302
• Top Weekly Pay: $2,550
• Top Annualized Pay: $127,295
• Mileage pay plus pay per load
• Safe & On-Time mileage bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay
• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
• 6:00 AM start time
• Shifts may last up to 14 hours
• Days off vary with freight demand and usually fall on weekdays
• Las Vegas-area drivers: Out for 2 weeks at a time, followed by 3 days home
