CDL A Driver Lease Trainer

New program for drivers who want to train drivers while leasing their truck

We lease a Pete 579 Cummins engine with zero down and no credit check

Responsibilities

• Train drivers while leasing your truck

Compensation and Benefits

• You get paid 1.45 per mile for all the miles you drive plus what your trainee drives
• All miles go to you
• Plus you get paid bonuses on the driver after he leaves your truck for 1 entire year
• Mostly dry van with all miles paid

Fleet, Routes, and Equipment

• All dry van
• Mostly dedicated routes
• Nothing past Texas; no northeast runs
• Trucks have a fridge, inverter, XM radio, and a mount for TV

Earnings Example

Example: you drive 2k miles and your trainee drives 2k miles. You get paid for all 4k miles at 1.45–1.55 per mile.
