K&B Transportation is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for OTR routes nationwide and in the Midwest. Premium pay starts at 75 CPM, with top drivers earning up to $80,000 per year. A $1,000 sign-on bonus, PTO, and full benefits accompany excellent home-time options, including weekends.

Tractors are equipped with modern amenities; orientation includes travel, lodging, and meals. Home weekends and no-touch freight help drivers stay fresh and productive.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer experience.
• Clear driving record and compliance with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate long-haul routes nationwide and in the Midwest.
• Earn premium pay—75 CPM with potential bonuses.
• Maintain safe operations and on-time deliveries while keeping downtime low.
