Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking an experienced CDL-A delivery driver to operate tractor-trailer or straight truck across local and over-the-road routes, delivering food and related products to customers. You will interact professionally with customers and colleagues, ensuring timely, safe deliveries and proper documentation.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip checks, DOT compliance, and unloading at customer locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A; must be 21+.
• Meet state licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card or able to secure one.
• Able to hand-lift and utilize equipment to move freight up to 60-90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Immediately report safety hazards and ensure freight is properly secured.
• Drive to deliver orders per route, unload at customer sites.
• Obtain customer signatures and collect payment when required.
• Keep tractor, trailer and loading areas clean and secured.
• Complete daily hours of service logs as required.
