PFG Customized in Mansfield, OH is seeking CDL-A drivers to support its food distribution network. You will operate tractor trailers and straight trucks on intrastate, interstate, and overnight routes, delivering food and related products safely and on schedule. The role offers four-day work weeks, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, benefits from Day 1, and uniforms plus safety boot allowance. Average pay ranges from $80,000 to $89,000 annually with DOT compliance and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience preferred but not required.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements as applicable.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Possess or obtain current DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers to answer questions accurately and promptly.
• Operate tractor-trailer or straight truck per DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and compliant.
• Maintain required paperwork and logs accurately.
• Deliver and unload products to customers on assigned routes on time.
• Secure freight, collect payments when required, and obtain customer signatures.
