Job summary

TransForce is seeking a Full-Time CDL A Driver for the 3rd shift in Indiana. The driver will be home daily, starting at 9:00 PM, on a local Midwest route with 9.5 hour nights and a pay rate of $30 per hour plus OT.

Routes cover Indiana and surrounding Midwest states (primarily OH and KY). Responsibilities include 3–8 nightly stops, loading/unloading with a pallet jack, and accurate Omni Tracs ELD usage. DOT/FMCSA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• CDL A license with 2+ years of verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Clean MVR with no major violations in last 3 years.
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA requirements and be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Delivering freight to various locations, typically 3 to 8 stops nightly.
• Using Omni Tracs ELD system for tracking and compliance.
• Loading and unloading with a pallet jack; maintain professional attire.
• Must be home daily and follow night schedule (Start 9:00 PM).

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $30 per hour + OT
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Start Time: 9:00 PM
• Daily Route Hours: Approximately 9.5 hours
• Route Type: Local delivery in Indiana and surrounding Midwest states (primarily Ohio and Kentucky)
• Freight: Touch freight, delivering palleted office supplies
• Handling: Loading and unloading with a pallet jack

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering freight to various locations, typically 3 to 8 stops nightly
• Ensuring timely and dependable service
• Maintaining professional work attire (boots/sneakers; no flip-flops)
• Using Omni Tracs ELD system for tracking and compliance
• Valid CDL license required
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
