Job summary

Crafted Staff is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for local and regional oilfield hauling across West Texas and Southern New Mexico. Company-provided equipment includes a sleeper truck and trailer, with fuel card, maintenance, and insurance covered.

Experience in frac sand hauling, dry bulk, or related trucking is preferred. No truck ownership required. Weekly pay based on 25% of billed revenue; routes are local to regional, typically 30–200 miles, with 2–3 loads per day.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Acceptable DOT/MVR driving record with no accidents within the past 12 months.
• Current DOT medical certification and ability to pass required drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Haul frac sand, dry sand, cement, and other oilfield/dry bulk materials.
• Local and regional routes typically 30–200 miles with flexible scheduling.

Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $3,000
Typical Weekly Earnings: $2,500–$4,000
Compensation: 25% of weekly billed revenue

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for local and regional oilfield hauling throughout West Texas and Southern New Mexico.

You do not need to own a truck or trailer. The semi truck, trailer, fuel card, maintenance, and insurance on company-provided equipment are supplied.

This opportunity is a strong fit for experienced CDL-A drivers with backgrounds in frac sand hauling, oilfield trucking, dry bulk, pneumatic trailers, hopper bottoms, belly dumps, regional trucking, or OTR driving.

Oilfield experience is preferred but not required for every qualified driver.

What You’ll Haul

Loads may vary based on customer demand and can include:

• Frac sand
• Dry sand
• Wet sand
• Cement

• Aggregate
• Other oilfield and dry bulk materials

Equipment may include dry sand hoppers, hopper-bottom trailers, wet sand belly dumps, pneumatic trailers, and double-box chassis.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
• Acceptable DOT/MVR driving record
• No accidents within the past 12 months
• Must meet carrier insurance eligibility requirements
• Must meet applicable DOT requirements
• Current DOT medical certification
• Ability to pass required drug screening, as applicable
• Ability to communicate professionally with dispatch
• Flexibility with loads, equipment, locations, and scheduling

Preferred Experience

Previous experience with frac sand, oilfield hauling, dry bulk, pneumatic trailers, hopper bottoms, belly dumps, cement, or aggregate hauling is preferred.

Experienced regional and OTR Class A CDL drivers may also be considered and trained.

No truck ownership is required for this opportunity.
