Mr. Greens, a leading Florida produce distributor, is seeking a CDL Class A Delivery Driver to run an assigned route in a company-owned truck, delivering fresh produce, meats, groceries and supplies to our customers with independence and pride.

You’ll be on your route about 90% of the time, stay compliant with DOT rules, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and represent our brand with professional service at every stop.

Competenze

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving or delivery experience.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and own your route from start to finish.
• Basic math skills for order reconciliation.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check, and all DOT pre-hire requirements.

With deliveries 365‑days a year, 7‑days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

The Role

As a CDL Class A Delivery Driver, you’ll run an assigned route in a company‑owned truck. You’ll deliver fresh produce, meats, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods and supplies to our customers, accurately and on schedule. You’ll run your route on your own about 90% of the time, so you’ll be trusted to manage your day, solve problems as they come up and represent our brand at every stop.

What You’ll Do

• Drive safely and on time. Operate your delivery vehicle on established or alternate routes, following all traffic laws and DOT regulations.


• Get every order right. Reconcile carts going to and coming back from each customer so every delivery is complete and accurate.


• Keep your truck road‑ready. Do daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, keep the truck fueled and clean, and report any maintenance needs.


• Deliver great service. Be professional and courteous with customers and their staff, and resolve delivery issues or complaints on the spot whenever you can.


• Communicate. Report route interruptions, delays and other concerns promptly.


• Adapt to the day. Handle heavy traffic, South Florida weather and tight delivery windows with a calm, solutions‑focused attitude.


• Stay compliant. Follow all company policies, safety procedures and regulatory requirements.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Required:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)


• 2+ years of commercial driving or delivery experience


• Clean driving record


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Bilingual (English/Spanish)


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and own your route from start to finish


• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) for order reconciliation


• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied schedules


• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check and all DOT pre‑hire requirements

Preferred:

• TWIC card


• PortMiami and/or Port Everglades access credentials
