Performance Team in Kentucky is seeking a CDL Class A driver to transport freight for customers and distribution centers. The role includes pre-trip and post-trip inspections, cargo loading/unloading, and maintaining logs and records.
The position offers multiple start times (Sun-Thu, Tue-Sat) with attention to safety and customer service. Qualified candidates must hold a CDL A, DOT medical certification, and be able to operate tractor-trailers under DOT regulations.

Pay Rate: $27.00/hr.
The above stated pay is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.

The driver operates commercial motor vehicles, completes required inspections, secures cargo, maintains accurate records, and provides professional customer service.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires frequent entering and exiting of commercial vehicles, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Employees must be able to perform required vehicle and cargo inspections, secure loads, and lift and move products weighing up to 75 lbs. when required.
Safety Expectations:
Employees are expected to comply with all company safety policies, applicable DOT requirements, OSHA standards, TSA requirements where applicable, and customer-site safety rules. Employees must immediately report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, equipment damage, cargo damage, and regulatory concerns.
