Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver equipment to customers with safety and timeliness as top priorities. You will be a company ambassador, helping customers while representing the world’s largest equipment rental provider.

Responsibilities include dropping off and picking up gear, operating trucks and trailers, maintaining logs, and performing pre-trip inspections. Strong customer service and safety-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT regulated Commercial Driving Experience.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving procedures.
• Diligent attention to safety.
