United Rentals is seeking a CDL-A Driver to deliver equipment to customers and serve as a company ambassador with excellent customer service. You will be home nightly and work in a safety‑conscious environment, handling logs and inspections, and supporting sales with equipment recommendations.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, at least 2 years of DOT regulated driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Safety and reliability are essential in this role.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years DOT regulated commercial driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service, teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment such as semi-trucks and trailers (CDL-A).
• Follow safety requirements including FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain driver’s logs and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Recommend additional equipment or supplies to customers.
• Other duties as needed.

As a Class A CDL Driver at United Rentals, your goal will be to deliver equipment to our customers in a safe, timely, efficient and courteous manner. What you'll do:

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers
• Operate construction equipment, such as semi-trucks and trailers ("low boys") consistent with DOT classification CDL-A
• Adhere to all safety requirements particular to equipment including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Maintain driver’s logs and complete pre-trip inspections
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies customers may need
• Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years DOT regulated Commercial Driving Experience
