Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver and pick up local goods to job sites and customers in the Denver area and nearby regions. You will load/unload, follow routes, and handle required DOT paperwork.

The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, 5:00am starts, and a 5-day work week with routes extending to Casper, WY. CDL A, Air Brake certification, and DOT medical card are required or obtainable.

Qualifikationen

• Air Brake Certification is required and DOT medical certification is preferred.
• HS diploma or GED with at least 1 year related experience or training.

As a Class A CDL Driver for Crescent Electric Supply Company, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and/or pick up of local goods to specified locations or job sites.

Signing Bonus

• $3,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Primary Duties

• Become familiar with delivery routes and customers’ preferences.
• Perform warehouse duties when called upon which includes materials handling, shipping and receiving, picking and packing orders.
• Load and unload trucks in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Complete all DOT assigned reports and paperwork as required daily
• Complete annual DOT Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Clearinghouse query.
• Safe driving and handling of freight

Schedule/Route

• 5:00am start with a 5 day work week (Monday through Friday) consisting of hour shifts.
• Your route will consist of deliveries in/around the local Denver area and as far as Casper, WY.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. CDL Class A required.
• Air Brake Certification is required.
• Current DOT medical certification card and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a medical certification card.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent

Pay Details

• The expected rate of pay for this position is $27.00 - $29.00 hourly.

Physical Demands

Often standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping. Occasional sitting, talking/hearing. The use of hands/fingers are often needed.

• Continuous lifting and carrying of 1-20 lbs.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of 21-50 lbs.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of 51-100 lbs. with the assistance of a buddy-lift or a mechanical device.

Vision Requirements For Driving Equipment And Company Vehicles Include

• Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
• Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more).
• Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point).
• Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
