Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking a licensed commercial driver to safely pick up, transport and deliver donated goods in the South San Francisco area. The role requires operating a company vehicle, performing daily checks and ensuring compliance with safety policies, DOT rules and company procedures.

Strong customer service, a clean DMV record, ability to work weekends and early mornings, and willingness to adhere to Goodwill core values are essential.

Qualifications

• California Class A Driver License required with clean record.
• Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience.
• Valid DOT medical card on file.
• Able to read maps and communicate via radio/phone.
• Weekend and early-morning availability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicle to collect, transport and/or deliver donations.
• Provide courteous customer service to donors and staff.
• Follow safety, policies, and local, state and federal laws.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks.
• Process paperwork and submit reports as directed.
• Unload vehicles and assist with items as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to core values.
