Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a qualified CDL A driver to deliver materials to customers in Cincinnati, OH. You will load/unload with pallet jack, perform daily inspections, and maintain safety standards. This role offers home daily with no nights or weekends, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential overtime.

Starting pay is $20 per hour and may be higher based on experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A.
• 1–3 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flatbed experience is required.
• Meet and maintain CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must have/maintain DOT Medical card.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse/logistics background a plus.
• Strong communication with a customer focus.
• Able to operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly; ensure delivery ticket matches.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit.
• Perform pre-/post-trip inspections; fuel as needed; report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with order pulling, receiving, staging and stocking.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to PPE safety rules, including harness use up to 400 lbs capacity.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL A.
• 1-3 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs.
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
