Job summary

US Foods in Lenexa, KS is hiring a CDL A Delivery Driver starting at $35.97 per hour with overtime opportunities. You'll navigate highways and city streets, unload at customers' docks, and verify deliveries with signatures.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A with endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or 3 months experience in food/beverage delivery.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safe driving and timely delivery.
• Unload products at customer locations using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand (100% touch freight).
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Provide professional customer service to enhance experience.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections for safety.
• Handle collections/payments when applicable.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
