Job summary

SYGMA Illinois is seeking a delivery driver to safely transport products from the warehouse to customers, loading and unloading according to invoices and company standards. You will drive a tractor-trailer on routes with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and customer service.

The role supports an overnight schedule with weekends, $10.00–$48.00 per hour pay, and eligibility for incentive programs. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and stock purchase options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Completion of a tractor trailer driving school accepted in lieu of, or in addition to, high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer by hand or hand cart, following safety and company standards.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy (logs, inspections, vehicle reports, invoices) and timely submission.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in truck and warehouse.
• Build good relationships with customers through courteous service and communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
