Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an entry-level Class A CDL Delivery Driver for our Lincoln, IL operations. This on-site role involves safe truck operation, delivery to customers, and maintaining compliance records with company and government regulations.

You will load/unload with care, use PPE, and participate in safety trainings. Competitive hourly pay with full benefits and an annual incentive plan is offered; background checks and pre-employment conditions apply.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and tanker endorsement required.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Must meet DOT physical and medical requirements.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and long periods of seated/stooping.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated locations safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Obtain receipts, signatures, and other documents as required.
• Deliver products to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials with attention to detail.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer using forklift or hand truck when needed.
• Follow freight handling specifications and safety procedures.
• Participate in safety meetings and trainings to stay current on policies.
