Job summary

Martin Bros. Distributing Co., Inc. is seeking dependable Delivery Drivers to provide professional delivery service for customers in the upper Midwest. You will be an ambassador for the brand, delivering accurate product orders with safety and customer service as top priorities.

Routes typically start early (2:00–4:00 AM) and you can expect 50–55 hours per week. A Class A CDL with a good driving record is required, and the position offers solid total compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with a good driving record is required.
• Excellent driving safety practices and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate and on-time deliveries to customers.
• Stack, scan, and transport products safely.
• Place product in designated temperature-controlled areas (cooler, freezer, dry storage).
• Issue credits and handle returns as directed.
• Perform customer service functions including collections when required.
• Communicate with supervisor, manager or Transportation office any necessary information in a timely manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
