Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a delivery driver to support the foodservice distribution network. You will operate a tractor-trailer, perform safety inspections, and deliver orders to customers with a focus on timeliness and product integrity.

This role emphasizes customer interaction and maintaining professional relations with clients. Responsibilities include safety checks, route delivery, unloading, paperwork accuracy, and daily hours-of-service logging.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in foodservice distribution.
• Valid CDL-A, 21+ years old, clean MVR in past 3 years.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check; DOT Health Card.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and operate lift equipment.
• Must meet DOT and company safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip safety checks on tractor/trailer per DOT rules.
• Drive to deliver orders per route schedule and unload at customer sites.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures; process checks where required.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and secure loads and trailers.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs as required by DOT and company policies.
