Job summary

Imperative Chemical Partners in Quitman, AR is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to transport chemicals to satellite yards, frac sites, and customer leases, operating diesel trucks with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

You will perform pre/post trip inspections, maintain compliance with DOT rules, and coordinate with logistics to meet delivery schedules while adhering to safety requirements and PPE.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements.
• One year of commercial driving experience.
• Compliant with Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations and DOT regulations for the past 3 years.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record for the past 3 years.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery trucks, tank trailers/ISO, over-the-road trucks.
• Unload totes with forklift or pump from totes as needed.
• Ensure empty containers are loaded and strapped down for return to yard.
• Perform daily and periodic mechanical and safety inspections of trucks and equipment.
• Adhere to DOT regulations for transporting hazardous materials and homeland security guidelines.
• Maintain drivers hours of service using GeoTab drive app.
• Obtain shipping papers for each load from various locations.
• Follow company policies and procedures; coordinate with logistics team.
• Wear appropriate PPE and recognize safety hazards.
• Occasionally perform overnight deliveries due to time expiration.
