Qualifications

• Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & safety compliance per AutoZone requirements.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with professional automotive advice.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to customers; load/unload per route.
• Handle returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to maintain safety.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
