Job summary

Target Specialty Products in the United States is seeking a Delivery Driver, CDL-A to transport products to customer locations, assist with order picking and warehouse tasks, and operate large commercial vehicles, including semi-trucks at turf branches. You will focus on on-time deliveries, safe handling, and strong customer service, while maintaining delivery records and complying with DOT/CDL regulations.

Benefits start day 1 and the pay range is $28-$32 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL A.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) regularly.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to assist with warehouse operations, including order picking.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport products to customer locations, ensuring on-time deliveries and proper handling of goods.
• Perform routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, report any issues, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery notes, customer signatures, and any additional required paperwork.
• Load and unload products, ensuring all items match delivery paperwork and are secured for transport.
• Assist with picking and packing customer orders from the warehouse.
• Follow safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure safe driving and adherence to company safety policies.
• Obtain and maintain required license endorsements and certifications, including HAZMAT, as determined by the company.
• Assist with warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, inventory management, and general warehouse maintenance.
