McLane Company, Inc. is hiring CDL-A Delivery Drivers for the Lockbourne operation. Earn $80,000 to $98,500+ annually with a sign-on bonus up to $7,500, depending on experience.

Roles include customer-assisted deliveries using liftgates and pallet jacks, with Day 1 benefits and a strong, long-standing company structure. Drivers deliver to restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores, following DOT regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products to customers to keep restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores stocked.
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hour deliveries.
• Drive tractor-trailer and navigate routes according to regulations and customer premises.
• Maintain driver logs per DOT regulations and document receipts, temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailer and deliver products to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
