Job summary

Core-Mark International seeks a Driver to deliver food and related products across intrastate and interstate routes. You will load/unload as needed, interact with customers professionally, and maintain compliance with DOT regulations.

Our drivers receive competitive pay, a $10k sign-on bonus, and benefits from day one, including health, a stock purchase plan, 401K matching, education assistance, and PTO. Schedule includes 4 days on and 1 day on-call with early dispatch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A; must be 21+ years old.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Maintains a DOT Health Card or can secure a new one.

Responsibilities

• Drives tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver food and related products safely and on time.
• Communicates with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally; assists with loading/unloading where required.
• Completes daily logs and required paperwork in accordance with DOT and company policies.
• Performs safety checks and ensures freight is secured; reports issues and maintains vehicle cleanliness.
