Job summary

Admiral Beverage is seeking a Class A- Delivery Driver in Powell, Wyoming, to deliver beverage products along established routes. You will operate a truck, load and unload, and maintain records of deliveries and inventory with supervision as needed.

The role offers up to $26 per hour DOE plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus, plus competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and holidays. Safety and compliance are essential, with uniform and safety devices provided.

Qualifications

• Must drive truck on highway, rural and city routes in compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Operate without direct supervision to deliver products for established routes.
• Communicate issues and customer concerns to supervisor.
• Record deliveries, sales, buy backs and variances on daily logs.
• Operate inventory and invoicing system to record stops and deliveries.
• Use hand trucks and electric pallet jacks to move products.
• Load and unload deliveries, secure loads, and obtain signatures.
• Maintain vehicle with daily inspections and routine checks.
• Wear company uniform and safety devices as required.

Responsibilities

• Records sales, buy backs, delivery and variance information daily.
• Operates inventory and invoicing system to document stops and any route errors.
• Uses hand trucks and electric pallet jacks for loading and unloading.
• Collects or returns empty containers and rejected merchandise as needed.
• Constructs displays from POS materials and ensures loads are secure.
• Performs daily vehicle inspections and maintains cleanliness of the truck.
• Communicates customer issues to supervisor and follows up as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Class A- Delivery Driver

Drives truck over established route to deliver products by performing the following duties.

• Drives truck to deliver beverage product to customer's place of business on highway, rural, and city street conditions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Works without direct supervision to deliver all products for established routes.
• Effectively communicates issues and customer concerns to supervisor.
• Records sales, buy back, delivery and variance information on daily sales or delivery record.
• Operates computerized inventory and invoicing system to accurately record stops, deliveries, and any errors on the route.
• Operates hand trucks and electric pallet jacks.
• Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise.
• Conducts and/or supervises truck loading and unloading and secures loads.
• Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
• Performs daily inspection and routine fluid, air, and oil maintenance on truck and maintains clean vehicle.
• Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
• Wears Company provided uniform and safety devices as appropriate to comply with safety and standards and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
