Drivers start at $31.19/hour. After training, they earn $36.71/hour. Top performers may earn up to $130k. Eligible new hires receive a $15,000 retention bonus.

Schedule

• Monday through Saturday (potential for flexible 5- or 4‑day work weeks based on business needs).
• Dispatch between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on route and schedule, until completion.
• Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday; Saturday routes may be assigned as part of your schedule.

Main Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place them in designated customer storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Provide professional customer service to enhance client experience.
• Perform all pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspection.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications

• Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse (Required by the Department of Transportation).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum six months commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in food and/or beverage delivery required.
• Preferred ability to operate manual transmission; may be required in specific locations.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English – able to hold a conversation, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and enter information on reports and records.
