Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring a CDL-A Delivery Driver in the St. Louis area. You will deliver food products to a variety of customers, build relationships, and ensure accurate, safe handling of goods. Day shifts with home daily time, and routes begin early morning.

Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply. Expect a base and incentive pay structure, with health benefits starting on day one and weekly pay. Strong safety and customer-service focus is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL license required at hire.
• Able to unload cases up to 100 lbs and operate a two-wheeler with loads up to 350 lbs.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Register through DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to customers including restaurants, schools, hospitals, and more.
• Build relationships with customers during delivery routes.
• Unload goods and ensure secure handling of loads during transit.
