MW Smithfield is seeking Company Drivers to join our fleet with competitive incentive pay. Eligible drivers can earn an extra $100 per week as availability incentive pay, and total weekly earnings are enhanced by a structured incentive program with annual increases based on tenure.

The program rewards longer service with higher pay per mile and special bonuses. Our equipment is newer, with amenities such as large capacity refrigerators and 24" SmartTVs.

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay

• 1 Year Tenure - $1,475
• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
