Job summary

Lidl VA is seeking drivers to run loads from Fredericksburg, VA to locations in Virginia and Maryland. The role offers an availability incentive and options for daily home time based on location.

Drivers load and unload with an electric pallet jack, earn per diem, and participate in monthly safety and incentive programs. Pre-planned dispatch and digital tools support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be available for five or six days of dispatch.
• Load and unload using an electric pallet jack.
• Per diem policy awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver loads from Fredericksburg, VA to destinations in Virginia and Maryland.
• Load and unload cargo with pallet jack when required.
• Scan paperwork, view payroll information, and receive messages via the Hirschbach App.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

Extra $100/week = $1,450-$1,620 availability incentive pay

Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for five or sixdays ofdispatch

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.Base Pay:
