MW Smithfield is seeking company drivers with a compelling compensation package. You’ll earn an availability incentive of $1,450 per week, with annual increases based on tenure. The program includes per diem adjustments, a tiered annual rise, and a suite of benefits to support drivers on the road.

Expect newer equipment, pet-friendly policies, direct deposit, E-Logs, and pre-planned dispatch. Additional bonuses and programs reward longstanding service and performance across the operation.

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch
