Job summary

Lidl VA is seeking Company Drivers to run freight across Virginia and Maryland with weekly home time options and a generous incentive program.

Employees receive an availability incentive pay of $1,450–$1,620 per week, plus a per diem reimbursement and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K with company match. You will load/unload using an electric pallet jack and use PrePass for efficient dispatch.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with pallet jacks and loading/unloading.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer to pick up and deliver freight.
• Load/unload using electric pallet jack.
• Follow dispatch instructions and use PrePass.
• Maintain safety and on-time delivery.

This fleet's drivers primarily run loads from Fredericksburg, VA, to locations in Virginia and Maryland.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

Extra $100/week = $1,450-$1,620 availability incentive pay

Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for five or sixdays ofdispatch

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.Base Pay:
