Job summary

Lidl VA is seeking qualified truck drivers to operate on routes primarily from Fredericksburg, VA to locations in Virginia and Maryland. The position includes an availability incentive pay of $1,450–$1,620 per week and perks such as home-time options, passenger policy, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Drivers will operate with newer equipment and have access to PrePass, the Hirschbach App, and E-Logs. Per diem is provided and additional bonuses reward safety and performance.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

Extra $100/week = $1,450-$1,620 availability incentive pay

Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for five or sixdays ofdispatch

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.Base Pay:
