American Trucking Group is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Baltimore-based route. This position features 100% no-touch freight, preloaded trailers, and weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Expect roughly 1,900 miles weekly across PA, DE, NY, NJ, WV, VA, NC, and DC, with start times around 1:00–3:00 AM. Remote orientation is available, and you will avoid delivering into New York City.

Miles: 1,900 per week | Location: Baltimore, MD 21224

What this CDL-A dedicated position offers:

Run dedicated customer freight from Baltimore without handling freight or delivering into New York City. This CDL-A position offers strong weekly pay, approximately 1,900 miles, preloaded trailers, and regular weekly home time.

Pay & Home Time

• Pay of $1,500 to $2,000 per week
• $15 per stop
• Approximately 1,900 miles per week
• Weekly 34-hour reset at home
• Possible 2–3 days home depending on freight and scheduling
• Drivers must be available to work 5 days

This is a 24/7 operation, and the specific home-time schedule may vary based on freight requirements.

Dedicated Routes & Freight

Drivers begin their routes in Baltimore and deliver dedicated retail freight throughout the Mid-Atlantic and surrounding region.

• 100% no-touch freight
• Preloaded trailers with live unloads
• Routes into PA, DE, NY, NJ, WV, VA, NC and Washington, DC
• No deliveries into New York City or the boroughs

Most schedules currently begin between approximately 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM. Start times may change based on business needs.

Truck & Parking

Drivers need reliable transportation to the Baltimore yard. Tractors may be taken home with an approved safe parking location; otherwise, trucks remain at the yard.

Orientation

Remote orientation begins on Mondays. Drivers then complete required account road, range, safety and customer onboarding before beginning regular routes.

CDL-A Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT medical card
• Meet applicable tractor-trailer experience requirements
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work early-morning schedules
• Meet applicable driving and safety qualifications
