Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for a dedicated regional account serving Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana. This role offers predictable routes, weekly home time, newer automatic equipment, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

The position covers OR, WA, ID, MT with 100% touch freight, weekly home time, and a 34‑hour reset. Competitive hourly pay plus overtime and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• At least 3 months OTR, regional, or local driving experience in the last 12 months.
• No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
• No major moving violations (e.g., reckless driving, excessive speeding, following too closely) in the past 12 months.
• Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug/alcohol test (No SAP drivers).
• Current DOT medical certificate with at least 75 days remaining at orientation.
• Not terminated from the last two driving positions (Class A or B).
• Residence within 50 miles of Seattle, WA or Portland, OR, or within 25 miles of Eugene, OR.

• Dedicated regional lanes covering OR, WA, ID, and MT (Western region; no California).
• 100% touch freight; drivers assist with loading and unloading freight.

• Typical workload: 2–4 loads per week, with approximately 3–4 stops per load.
• Equipment: newer trucks with automatic transmissions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $29–$31 per hour (based on experience) plus overtime after 40 hours.
• $2,000–$2,600 per week; estimated annual earnings: $109,000–$133,000.
• Paid weekly. Monthly bonuses (safety and mountain).
• Full benefits package including medical, HSA, dental, life insurance, AD&D, paid time off, 401(k), and additional voluntary benefits.
