Job summary

C.R. England is hiring for a CDL A Dedicated Truck Driver on a 3-month experience required. This onsite role serves the Dollar Tree account with dry freight and weekly home time.

Expect about 1,750 miles weekly and roughly 2 loads per week, with driver-assisted unloading at customer locations. Pay is competitive: $1,900–$2,300 per week, paid weekly. Drivers receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD&D insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

High-paying, home weekly position with dedicated customer Dollar Tree is now available. All dry freight. Drivers will hand unload the trailer using rollers at customer locations. Drivers average 2 loads per week and run an average of 1,750 miles. This account is great for individuals wanting to stay active while driving.

Guaranteed $1,400 minimum weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and the Missouri area

Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset

Store deliveries typically start at 5AM but can extend through the day and include night deliveries starting at 11PM

CPM, Load pay

• Safe and On-time mileage bonus (up to 3% of mileage pay)

Driver Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 years of age or older

3 months of Class A CDL experience

Trucks cannot be taken home. Drivers will need to work with the account manager to determine where to park the truck safely and securely
