C.R. England is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Family Dollar lane in Sulphur Springs, TX. This on-site, full-time role is designed for drivers with 3+ months of Class A CDL experience and offers weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Expect 2–3 loads per week, 1600 miles on average, and freight unloaded by rollers. The fleet uses sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-ft dry trailers, with pay options including mileage, load pay, and a $1,000 holiday sign-on bonus.

• Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees
• Generally, 75% of freight delivers in TX and the other 25% in surrounding states, including KS, AR, LA, and MS
• There are on average of 2-3 loads per week with 2-6 stops per load. Divers average 1600 miles per week
• Drivers will unload the freight using rollers
• Home weekly for 34-hour reset

• Sleeper trucks equipped with automatic transmission, pulling 53-ft dry trailers
• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
• St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage
• Clean DOT Inspection - $25
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly
• Pay per mile (CPM)
• Holiday Sign-On Bonus - $1,000
