Job summary

C.R. England is seeking experienced truck drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account. This full-time role offers a home weekly schedule and requires hand-unloading trailers using rollers. Expect about three loads per week across three stops and roughly 1,500 miles weekly with competitive pay.

Required is a valid CDL-A with at least 3 months of Class A CDL experience; no trainees. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD&D, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 21 years or older.
• 3+ months of Class A CDL experience.
• Truck parking at home or secure location near home.
• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day.
• St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage.
• Clean DOT Inspection - $25.
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly.

On average, you’ll deliver three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering an estimated 1500 miles weekly. • Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees
• Account delivers customer freight out of West Memphis, AR to locations in TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, and MS
• Drivers pick up no-touch live loads when backhauling to the DC
• Schedule: 34-hours reset weekly
• Mileage pay, Stop pay
• Top-of-the-line Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft dry trailers
