Job summary

C.R. England is seeking an experienced CDL-A driver for a dedicated Dollar Tree account. This full-time role features a home weekly schedule and requires hand-unloading trailers using rollers, with about 1,500 miles weekly across AR, TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, and MS.

You’ll earn mileage and stop pay, plus bonuses for on-time performance. Must have a valid CDL-A and at least 3 months of Class A experience; drivers must park at home or a secure location.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience.
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Responsibilities

• Hand-unload trailers using rollers.
• Deliver approximately three loads per week with three stops per load.
• Operate 53-ft dry trailers with top sleeper trucks and a 34-hour weekly reset.
• Backhaul to the DC with no-touch live loads.

Account delivers customer freight out of West Memphis, AR to locations in TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, and MS

Drivers pick up no-touch live loads when backhauling to the DC

Schedule: 34-hours reset weekly

Mileage pay, Stop pay

Top-of-the-line Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft dry trailers

Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Clean DOT Inspection - $25

Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 Years of age or older

3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience

Drivers need to park a truck at home or a secure location
