Job summary

C.R. England's dedicated division is seeking a CDL-A driver for a Georgia Pacific lane with consistent miles and no-touch freight. Expect about 2000 miles weekly in a 24/7 operation, with 2 days home every two weeks. Trucks are automatic, hauling dry vans along the I-95 corridor from Florida to Maine and beyond.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of experience, plus 21+ years of age. Benefits cover medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD&D, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries along the I-95 corridor from Florida to Maine, and West to Ohio and Alabama.
• Typical shifts are long, up to 14 hours, with 24/7 operation including day/night deliveries.
• Truck fleets are automatic transmission, hauling dry van trailers.
• Truck parking at home or nearby secure location.
• Two days home for every two weeks out, with option to stay out longer.

Job description

As a CDL-A Driver in the dedicated division of C.R. England, you can count on consistent miles with regular routes, highly competitive pay, health and retirement benefits, and the industry’s best equipment. This dedicated account for Georgia Pacific offers consistent miles hauling no-touch retail freight, or dry van goods with an average of 2 stops a week. Drivers average 2000 miles a week.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Deliveries along the I-95 corridor from Florida to Maine, and West as far Ohio, down to Alabama

Schedule: 2 Days home - Every two weeks out

Drivers can stay out longer if they prefer and will earn one day off for every week out

Typical shifts are 14 hours. This is a 24/7 operation, day and night time deliveries might be required

All trucks equipped with automatic transmission, pulling dry van trailers

Truck parking at home or secure location near home

Driver Requirements:
