C.R. England is seeking an experienced CDL driver for a dedicated Family Dollar lane. This role features weekly home time with a 34-hour reset, hauling 53-ft dry trailers on a long-haul refrigerated lane across TX and surrounding states.

Positions are for drivers with at least 3 months of Class A experience and a valid CDL-A. Breakdowns are handled with a 24-hour support team. Expected pay includes mileage pay, load pay, and bonuses, with additional perks such as a $1,000 holiday sign-on bonus.

• Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required


• This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees


• Generally, 75% of freight delivers in TX and the other 25% in surrounding states, including KS, AR, LA, and MS


• There are on average of 2-3 loads per week with 2-6 stops per load. Divers average 1600 miles per week


• Drivers will unload the freight using rollers


• Home weekly for 34-hour reset


• Mileage Pay

• Sleeper trucks equipped with automatic transmission, pulling 53-ft dry trailers


• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day


• St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage


• Clean DOT Inspection - $25


• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly


• Pay per mile (CPM)


• Holiday Sign-On Bonus - $1,000

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL


• 21 years of age or older


• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
