Job summary

C.R. England is hiring for a high-paying, home weekly driver position with a dedicated Dollar Tree customer. The route originates in Cowpens, SC and serves SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WV and OH.

A $1,400 minimum weekly guarantee is offered if you meet safety and availability requirements. The driver will typically handle three loads per week, cover about 1,000 miles weekly, and hand unload using rollers. Breakdown pay and various bonuses are outlined, with comprehensive benefits including

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with at least 3 months of Class A CDL experience.
• No student, recent graduate, or trainee hires for this lane.
• Minimum aggressive pay structure with weekly guarantee.

Responsibilities

• Deliver loads with manual hand unload using rollers.
• Handle no-touch live loads when backhauling to the distribution center.
• Maintain home time with a 34-hour reset each week, with Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday days off.

Join the C.R. England team on a high-paying, home weekly position with dedicated customer Dollar Tree. Account delivers in the Regional Southeast originating out of Cowpens, SC delivering into to SC,NC,GA,AL,TN,KY,VA,WV and OH. $1,400 minimum guarantee weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

On average, drivers will deliver three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering an estimated 1,000 miles weekly

Hand unload the trailer using rollers

Typically pick up no-touch live loads when backhauling to the Distribution Center

Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly. Days off are either on Friday night to Saturday, or Saturday night to Sunday.

Mileage pay, Stop pay

Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft dry trailers

Driver can take trucks home to park as long as it safe and secure. (If you live near Cowpens we have a place to park the equipment)

Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Clean DOT Inspection - $25

Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 Years of age or older

3 months of or more of recent Class A CDL experience
