Job summary

DM Bowman, Inc. is hiring CDL-A Dedicated Truck Drivers for a dedicated customer with weekly home time and a new pay increase. Earn $1,500–$1,700 per week, plus daily driver bonuses and additional incentives.

We offer tuition reimbursement up to $7,000, a $2,500 referral bonus per referral, modern automatic Volvo & Mack tractors, and comprehensive benefits after 60 days including 401k with company match, paid time off, paid orientation and training, plus performance and safety bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL.
• 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• At least 21 years old.
• DOT physical and drug screen.
• HPE - Functional Agility Test.
• Good character and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer on dedicated routes.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip checks.
